Dr. Marc Brackett has devoted the past 25 years to conducting research in the field of Social and Emotional Learning and developing RULER, which stands for Recognizing, Understanding, Labeling, Expressing and Regulating emotions.
He is also the founding Director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence.
