Very helpful! I loved the habits and resolution episode. I’m a big fan of making small changes. I want to get to start waking up earlier. I realized I had a bad habit of scrolling on my phone before going to sleep. I’ve deleted all social media apps from my phone. Little changes really do go along way. I look forward to checking out more shows!
