When I tuned in to listen to your podcast, The Fit Mess: A Men's Mental Health Podcast, and the episode How to Face Your Fears with Nick Bracks, I stopped what I was doing to give the show my full attention and took notes.
I found it interesting how Nick said after this car accident, he really needed to assess this situation so that he could change from his past of alcohol and mental health issues.
I liked how he said one way to change is to take the first step and get into momentum by just doing something. I agree!
