"Don't work harder, work smarter" is bullshit advice when you're trying to improve your life.

The real move? Motivate smarter so you KEEP working hard.

My fitness app doesn't magically make me stronger - it just gives me the data to prove I'm not wasting my time when my brain tries to convince me otherwise.

That external validation is the kick in the ass I need on dark days.

Find what motivates you to keep showing up, not what lets you coast. The goal isn't to work less - it's to have proof the work is worth it.
